Why can’t I see the refund button?

The refund button is only available to parents, i.e. those logged in as a parent only, not administrators.

Refunds carry an expense to us, the FoodDays community, the more we can avoid that, the cheaper we can keep the service!

If you need to instigate a refund for a parent, please let us know and we’ll take care of that.
