To set up the Teachers, go to Admin – Set Up – Teachers.
This is where you will see all of the Teachers set up at your school once you have added them.
To add a new Teacher type in their First name, Family name and select their Grade, then click [insert new teacher].
If you use Lunchrooms you can assign a Teacher to a lunchroom, then when new children are signed up they will automatically be added into that lunchroom.
You can add a Family Homeroom teacher and assign that as the Family Homeroom, this way when parents log on they are automatically given a Family ‘Child’ to use when you would like to offer Family ordering.
If you don’t see a grade that you use at your school, please contact us to add that in for you.
You can edit existing Teachers by clicking ‘edit’ next to the Teacher’s name and Delete them by clicking ‘del’.
